  1. Premier BPO – All Premier BPOs go through an extensive review process by our highly experienced quality assurance team. We offer the option of completely customizing the BPO form to meet your needs, or using one of our pre-designed templates. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac BPO forms are also available upon request.
  2. Property Detail and Condition Report – Our Property Detail and Condition reports offer extensive information on the subject property’s exterior/interior condition, neighborhood/market information, a valuation range for the subject, and high-resolution photos. These reports are completed by certified real estate agents.
  3. Automated Valuation Models – All clients have the option of ordering automated valuation models. These products may be ordered in conjunction with our other valuation products, or independently. Our automated valuation model platform is a cascading model that ensures maximum hit rate percentage and accuracy. Our platform also has retroactive valuation capability.
  4. Third Party Reconciliations – Our review staff is also trained to perform due diligence for your acquisition and servicing needs. We know our clients are expected to meet strict deadlines in their collateral reviews, and our dedicated team will help you reach those deadlines.
  5. Platform Licensing – Our software has been in development for over 10 years, and we are making constant enhancements and improvements to our systems and processes. Through a licensing agreement, we will provide the tools you need to successfully integrate our software with yours and ensure you will be able to meet the valuation needs of your clients.
  6. Commercial Valuation – In addition to residential valuations we also offer small balance commercial valuations. These are completed and reviewed by licensed realtors with extensive commercial background and experience.
  7. Rent-Range Rental Data Reports – Clients have the option of ordering rental data reports provided by RentRange. Reports include median monthly rental rates, rental comparables, rental rate trends, and an automated rent estimate for the subject.
